- Urgent applicationsIf you need your application submitted within 7 days, an additional fee may apply. We will tell you first.
- Complex casesCases outside our scope, such as refusals involving deception or credibility, are referred to a suitably qualified adviser.
- How to payPayment in pounds sterling, usually in advance. Larger fees can be split into two payments.

Government fees are separate.
When you apply, you pay the UK government directly for the visa application fee and, for most longer visas, the Immigration Health Surcharge. These change from time to time, so we always confirm the current amounts with you.

How much will my application cost?
Every case is different, so we quote the fee for your application in writing after your consultation. You see the full cost before any work begins, and there are no hidden extras.
Are government fees included?
No. Our fees cover our service only. The UK government visa application fee, the Immigration Health Surcharge (where it applies) and any priority service fees are paid directly to the UK government when you apply.
When do I pay?
Appointment fees are paid when you book. For your application, we send you a written quote and you pay once you accept it, before work starts.
Do you offer refunds?
If you cancel before we start work, you receive a full refund. Once work has begun, we refund any part of the service not yet delivered. Our fee does not depend on the visa decision.
What if my case is complicated?
We handle straightforward applications within the Immigration Rules, including fresh applications after a straightforward refusal. If your case is complex, for example because of deception, a credibility issue or a gap in your immigration status, we will tell you at your first call and refer you to a suitably qualified adviser. You pay nothing for that first conversation.
